Psychological Therapy

Evidence-based care, grounded in warmth and connection.

A thoughtful, evidence-based approach — grounded in care

I’ve supported clients in a range of settings — from hospitals and community mental health services to private practice. I draw on this experience to offer therapy that is collaborative, flexible, and deeply person-centred.

My work is grounded in established approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I also bring a holistic lens through my training in yoga and meditation, with a focus on nervous system regulation and mind-body integration.

Each session is tailored to you — your needs, your pace, your goals.

Common areas of focus

  • Find grounding in the present moment and learn to work with difficult thoughts and emotions.

  • Explore underlying patterns and develop tools to support energy, motivation, and hope.

  • Gently process past experiences in a safe and supportive space, at your pace.

  • Navigate change with clarity and confidence, whether it's a new role, season, or chapter.

  • Compassionate support through pregnancy, parenthood, loss, or hormonal changes.

  • Reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of self.

Foundations of Our Work

Therapy is not about “fixing” — it is about coming home to yourself, with greater clarity, compassion, and ease.

Our approach is:

  • Holistic — recognising that wellbeing involves emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual dimensions

  • Compassion-focused — fostering greater self-understanding and self-kindness

  • Somatic and embodied — supporting nervous system regulation and reconnection with the body’s innate wisdom

  • Strengths-based — building on your existing capacities and resources

  • Trauma-informed — creating safety and pacing therapy carefully, always in partnership with you

  • Evidence-informed — integrating approaches grounded in psychological science and clinical best practice
