Psychological Therapy
Evidence-based care, grounded in warmth and connection.
A thoughtful, evidence-based approach — grounded in care
I’ve supported clients in a range of settings — from hospitals and community mental health services to private practice. I draw on this experience to offer therapy that is collaborative, flexible, and deeply person-centred.
My work is grounded in established approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I also bring a holistic lens through my training in yoga and meditation, with a focus on nervous system regulation and mind-body integration.
Each session is tailored to you — your needs, your pace, your goals.

Foundations of Our Work
Therapy is not about “fixing” — it is about coming home to yourself, with greater clarity, compassion, and ease.
Our approach is:
Holistic — recognising that wellbeing involves emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual dimensions
Compassion-focused — fostering greater self-understanding and self-kindness
Somatic and embodied — supporting nervous system regulation and reconnection with the body’s innate wisdom
Strengths-based — building on your existing capacities and resources
Trauma-informed — creating safety and pacing therapy carefully, always in partnership with you
Evidence-informed — integrating approaches grounded in psychological science and clinical best practice
\At River & Stone Psychology, we are honoured to walk alongside you on this journey — offering steady support as you reconnect with your strengths, wisdom, and capacity for change.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honoured to support you.
